Ingredients:
125 grams unsalted butter
4 tablespoons parsley, chopped finely
3 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
some olive oil (just if you want your butter to be more liquid- better spreadable)
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients for smooth paste.
2. Remove to container and keep in fridge.
3. You can also use ice-cube tray and then serve cubes of butter on grilled meat.
