Ingredients:
* 800 g of canned tomato paste
* 400 g minced chicken
* 3 chicken sausages
* carrot, finely chopped
* celery, finely chopped
* finely chopped onion
* 400 ml water
* 2 tablespoons oil
* A glass of red wine
* 1 litre of milk
* 30 g of butter
* 4 tablespoons flour
* Salt
* Pepper
* 300 g of mozzarella
* 150 g grated Parmesan
* 9 lasagna noodles
Directions:
1. heat oil in a pan and add the vegetables for lasagna. Allow it to cook for a few minutes.
2. Add the chopped chicken and the sausage, stirring constantly until brown.
3. mix in a glass of red wine and let it reduce to give the flavor of lasagna.
4. pour tomato puree and water and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 2 hours on low heat. Make sure that the sauce doesn't burn and add water if needed for lasagna sauce.
5. make a roux melting the butter in a frying pan with flour.
6. place the roux in a separate bowl. Pour the hot milk to the roux while stirring boiling to make the blend blend.

11. Bake the lasagne in the oven at 200 C for less than an hour until the cheese is nice and bubbly on top and lightly brown.
