Eton Mess






Eton Mess is the simplest dessert ever! You need just 3 ingredients to be taken to taste heaven :)



Ingredients for 4 people:





300 ml double cream
2 tablespoons icing sugar
around 16 strawberries (or other fruits like raspberries)
4 medium meringues

Lemon Tiramisu with Limoncello and Strawberries (step-by-step photos)

I am in love with these little desserts! They tastes fresh and sweet. Perfect for hot summer :).











Ingredients:




4 gelatine leaves
250 grams mascarpone
200 grams double cream
3 tablespoons icing sugar

Summer fruits in Earl-Grey-Lemon syrup






Serve syrup with ice creams, pancakes or cheesecake.






Ingredients:


90 ml water
125 g sugar
1 teabag of good quality Earl-Grey
Lemon juice from half of the lemon
10 cherries, seedless
10 strawberries
20 blueberries
Fruits, mint leaves to decorate

ÉCLAIRS WITH VANILLA BUTTERCREAM AND STRAWBERRIES






There is just one word which can describe this dessert: YUMMY!



1. Prepare choux pastry from this RECIPE.
2. Pipe the choux paste with a plain nozzle, making each finger identical in lenght.
