Japanese Cheesecake (step-by-step photos)

I found this cake very light and fluffy...and I don't think that I have ever eaten anything similar to this texture. It is between sponge cake and regular cheesecake.

Cake's inside is really fluffy and moist.

MALVAPOEDING






This is one of the most moist cakes I have ever eaten. It taste like caramel ice-creams (in my opinion) :).

Ingredients for cake:




3/4 cup caster sugar
2 large or 3 normal size eggs
15ml (1 tbsp) smooth apricot jam
150 g (6½ oz) plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
1,5 tbsp butter, melted and cooled

MATCHA MILK DRINK






Have you ever tried matcha? This is lovely green tea! It is healthy and delicious. I have eaten matcha cakes before and now I wanted to try drink.












Matcha Green Tea Milk Drink (adapted from Sweet Sensation blog)





Ingredients for 2 servings:




2 teaspoon Matcha powder
6 tablespoons hot water
4 teaspoons agave syrup
300ml skimmed milk (or soy milk)
pinch of cinnamon

TORTA DE TRES LECHES (Three - Milk Cake)






This cake is very popular around the world. I believe this is because of delicious taste and extra moisture.
