Soy Sauce Poached Chicken 豉油雞 and Master Sauce 鹵水

I love poached chicken, the meat is so juicy and tender. That is why I love Hainanese Chicken rice. Another of my favourite is soy sauce chicken (See Yau Gai 豉油雞).
