If individuals love their work and enjoy what they are doing then, job performance will be excellent as little supervision will be employed under such situations. In general, the yield of a business will increase since customers will find their way more frequently in the restaurant.

This is done by workers putting on a white dress as this will ensure that any dirt can be easily be identified. Poor hygiene leads to reduce the number of clients in a restaurant as most of them may be scared of contracting diseases.

Many people enjoy working in a team. For example, in a hotel, employees need to speak one language that is, they should be together. If some workers separate and fail to share their experience with the rest of employees, then relevant information may fail to be known by everyone in an organization resulting in a bad work performance.
