Linguine aglio, olio e peperoncino








Pasta aglio, olio e pepperoncino is one of the easiest Italian dishes. It is packed of flavours. Serve it with white wine.

Aglio olio is traditional dish of Abruzzo (region in central Italy).

Ingredients:






400 grams home-made linguine/spaghetti (or dried one)


small handful parsley, finely chopped


4-5 garlic

Mushroom & Peas Risotto (with step-by-step photos)

Risotto is one of my favorite dishes. I found it very easy to make and elegant.

You can serve it to children even it contains wine - alcohol will evaporate while cooking.
















Ingredients for 2 very big portions or 4 smaller ones (like one at photos):





250 grams arborio rice
olive oil
half of medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Thyme gnocchi with peas and ricotta






Very easy and delicious vegetarian gnocchi. A must try :)

Ingredients:




2 large floury potatoes, baked or cooked


50 g ricotta cheese

90 g plain flour (I used 45 g plain flour and 45 g wholemeal one)
