Thyme gnocchi with peas and ricotta






Very easy and delicious vegetarian gnocchi. A must try :)





Gordon Ramsay’s recipe.



Ingredients:




2 large floury potatoes, baked or cooked


50 g ricotta cheese


salt


pepper


90 g plain flour (I used 45 g plain flour and 45 g wholemeal one)


1 egg


thymes leaves from one sprig





Method:



1. Mash potatoes until smooth.

WHOLEMEAL VEGETARIAN PIZZA






Another Alessandra Zecchini's recipe (from "Savour. Irrestible pizzas, pies, tarts and bread").


Pizza was great! Thanks to wholemeal flour we can say it is healthier than traditional pizza.
