Chocolate & Mixed Spices Cake






This is my all time favourite cake. It is really easy and fast to make. I found it perfect for Autumn and Winter :).








One cup is around 250 ml.



Ingredients:





3 large eggs
3 cups plain flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 teaspoons cinnamon or mixed spice mixture ( for example Lebkuchen) or Polish "Przyprawa do pierników"

1 cup milk
1 cup oil

LAVENDER & HONEY TEACAKES






This was my first bake with lavender and I must say that I really liked it :). friends from my work also.

Makes 12 small bundts.



Ingredients:




225 g unsalted butter, soften


115g caster sugar (I’ve used 90g)


115 g runny honey

245 g plain flour

Apple crumble with oats and almond flour






Crumble is one of the best comfort dishes. It is warm, sweet and simple to make.




Recipe addapted from "Bake" by Rachel AllenIngredients:


5 apples (I have used granny smith and gala)
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar
75g plain flour
75g almond flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
75g butter, chilled and cubed
30g porridge oats
75g sugar

Korean pancake with brown sugar and walnut syrup






I love Korea! I have been looking for easy recipe for korean sweets. Hoddeok is one of them. You might eat it with nutella, chesse filings or you can make it in traditional way.

This recipe is for 8 hoddeoks.



What you need:



1 cup warm milk or water

2 teaspoons of dry yeast

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of oil

2 tablespoons of sugar
